This 60-minute Sound Bath is a therapeutically informed, deeply regulating experience that supports the autonomic nervous system, emotional balance, and mental clarity through sound and vibration.
From a medical and psychophysiological perspective, sound baths can help:
Sustained sound frequencies and vibrations can guide brain activity into alpha and theta wave states, which are associated with deep relaxation, creativity, and emotional integration.
This work is informed by ancestral sound and vibration practices that I have learned in the mountains of Peru, where sound has traditionally been used for grounding, regulation, and ceremonial healing.
The sessions are conducted using high-quality crystal singing bowls, whose pure frequencies and sustained resonance allow for precise vibrational work on a somatic and neurological level.
