WOMEN CIRCLE – LETTING GO & REPLENISHING

The Philosophy

The Women Circle is a sacred, intentional space for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and each other. It is a gentle invitation to let go of what no longer serves you, release tension, and replenish your energy before entering a new phase of life.

This Circle draws on the wisdom and practices Corinna-Rosa has learned and participated in at Lake Atitlán (Guatemala), Ubud (Bali) and Cusco (Peru). It combines embodied reflection, mindful connection, and communal support, creating a space where emotional clarity, self-trust, and inner freedom can flourish.

It is for women who are ready to:

• consciously release emotional and mental blocks
• reconnect with intuition and inner authority
• nurture themselves in the company of like-minded women
• cultivate resilience, peace, and joy in community

This is not casual networking – it is intentional, heart-centered work that honors each participant’s experience.

What We Work On During the Circle

During the 2-hour session, we engage in ritualized, reflective, and interactive practices designed to support letting go and renewal. Possible elements include:

Connection & Grounding

• Setting intentions for release and renewal
• Gentle movement or breathwork to anchor presence
• Short guided meditations for inner alignment

Reflection & Sharing

• Safe space for dialogue, witnessing, and listening
• Exercises to identify what you wish to release
• Creative or expressive practices to externalize and transform energy

Integration & Renewal

• Closing rituals for energetic integration
• Tools to carry clarity and calm forward into daily life
• Gentle guidance to embody insights and intentions beyond the Circle

Each Circle is intuitive and responsive, honoring the energy and needs of the group in the moment.
